Service is very very bad. Staff don't know how to treat to patients and the customers.They not provide sanitising liquid or leg operated tap i these days. The doctor is 2 hours and 45 minutes late. When the doctor arrived there is no supporting staff for him.again doctor was went to find them. Bla bla bla

Yesterday night I had a stubbed toenail which required immediate treatment. The nail was almost pulled off and it was very painful. I checked with Navinna Hospital whether they can treat this after applying local anesthesia. But when I went there, the OPD doctor refused to treat me. Can a doctor refuse a patient in such a situation? Really disgusting.

Very poor service I channeled doctor 6.30 pm now it is 8.10 pm doctor is still didn’t come and I asked from staff could please give me a call when he is come but staff refused to do so

The experience was not so great for channeling the doctor. They didn’t had a pedaling tap and hand wash liquid; instead they had normal tap and soap bars. I was surprised that they didn’t consider the preliminary things during this Covid19 pandemic period. The staff is so lazy, they didn’t even bother to instruct the people which room to attend for the doctor. Don’t be on the time which they provide you for channeling the doctor as they always come 1-2 hours late.

I was really disappointed about the customer service of this Kurunegala Navinna Hospital. Today when I went there were 5 girls.Those reception girls didn't care us and the way they talked was unpleasant.comparing to other private hospitals this will be a rapid regression to this hospital ratings. Though the Doctors are kind the receptionists are rude.

Poor service

Very poor customer care. when a Doctor sign to discharge a patient, it took 3hrs to settle the bill. Manual process. Govt hospital service is far better than this.
Seriously didn't take care of patients & asked just halfan hour to get the bill, but waited more than two hours to get the bill. Again made us to wait for a long time to give the file..
at last two nurses came to the room & said our file has missed 😡😡😡😡

Well I was not informed when Consultant sir is unavailable. So after duty in my hospital as soon as I came I was told he was on leave. Also usually channelling fee is reduced if someone in the medical profession is being consulted especially in Colombo. However that practice is not seen in Kurunegala. It would be nice to be taken care by one of your own.
