The hotel has a great view of kandy lake. We found it as nathasiya lake view hotel instead of nathashia holiday inn, that was a bit confusing but it seemed to be the right hotel. Stuff is very friendly and they organized a driver/guide to dambulla and sigiriya. The driver was very good as well. The room was big enough for 2 ppl but in front of our balcony was a construction.. they worked from 6am to 10pm.. that was terrible.. but cheap hotel

The rooms are pretty good. Cleanliness was an issue when i visited but the staff were very polite, helpful and prompt with my requests. I liked the fact that the hotel is 8-10 minutes of walk away from the lake area, so the place is quiet. The view from the balcony, which is overlooking a part of the lake, is good. After a tiring trip you can just relax on the balcony sipping your Ceylon tea! However, i had some trouble staying here as rooms need a thermostat because the temperature drops in winter and rooms get chilly during heavy rains. The price is okay for the rooms provided but still it's better to get a deal on it online.

My sister and I stayed here for two nights. They have some of the nicest staff. When we arrived, they offered us juice and sat down with us for a few minutes. Beautiful views of the lake as well.

Good hotel with nice views of lake,Temple of tooth and entire Kandy town. Nice view at night. Tasty food.Clean rooms with AC and Dish tv. Friendly staff. The only issue what I did experience was smelly duvet.

Nice rooms with beautiful view of the lake and Temple, quite close to the city center. 2 stars down for the lack of mosquito net and smelly duvets.

Superb.. amazing seenary.. starf is good.. room is clear.. tv ,hot water.. balcony, arts, also good but bed is noice.. the balnce prices in town..
