  Great place to have a bath and chill if you visit Anuradhapura historic city. A calm place little away from the town. There are couple of boutiques are available here, you can buy snacks, soft drinks and other short eats. This place also possess a wide view over the Nachchaduwa reservoir, beautiful place one should not miss in Anuradhapura. Vehicle parking space is not a problem here. You must not ruin the beauty of this place by putting garbage here and there.

  Park is only for fun making. History and heritage is just out side. No one is there to guide you or educate you about tank and canal system. Irrigation department has fixed a stone board saying that tank was built by king sena the 2. But it is doubtful and all other sources say it wss built by king mugalan 2

  Good place to have a bath, but make sure you use the designated areas. There is a car park which will allow you to park your car. But there was nobody to take care of it the day we went.
