A beautiful statue made to commemorate the soldiers of the army regiments who took part in the final battle to reunite the country. The soldier in the statue is looking at the direction where the final battle happened and the LTTE leader was killed.

The monument buit to celebrate the war victory. The concept is great. Each piece of stone represent arrmy platoons. And the direction tells how each platoon reach to the final war field.
This place reminds me the courage of soldiers.

Everyone need to visit this place. 30years of Sri Lankan War against the LTTE Terrorist Ends here. It represent the All the Sacrifices that made by all the SL Forces & Their Courage. Very Beautiful Place. Parking Provided & Information Center nearby.
