  This is a mainly transit bus stand.busses comes from Polonnaruwa and Hingurakgoda area are stop to take passengers.only day time busses come inside the station and night time bus stop on the main road opposite the stand.only Minneriya _Hingurakgoda bus start from this stand in the day time.no enough lightning facility in the night.

  Most Long/ short journey busses stop inside the bus station. But some long journey buses stop opposite bus station & other side of road.

  Most Long/Short Journey Buses (Colombo, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Batticaloa, Dambulla, Kurunegala, Hingurakgoda) stop here
