- No organized way of treating patients.
- No information provided in advance for the patients who is undergoing any surgery/operation.
- There is no order in which patients are taken to the operation theatre, the patient has to rush to the theatre beating others
- Not enough space / seating for patients and visitors
- No dedicated parking space for more than a Car

The customer service by telephone is just awful. We called and ask about speech therapy for children and very fast the reply is "no, no,no" and hang up the phone. we called back and said that the website is mentioning speech therapy, so what is that for and again just "no, no, no" so I guess we will not be coming!
Another occasion few weeks back we asked if we could transfer our grandma who had a stroke to them from a government hospital, but they just said "it doesn't work like that. If you didn't take her directly to private, you can't come later" How nice that you can get a second opinion around here on the east coast!

One of full of money minded hospitals in Kalmunai region. Doctors and consultants get very bad name and spoil their good will due to this Hospital. People working at the customer care are have no sense in take giving information properly. Further you could not book via telephone because they need money first. People coming from too far place have to come twice to get a service. We pray we would have a better hospital in the same region. If businessmen have no any profitable business, they simply start a channeling center mower days

Very bad call center service, not sure about the doctor's visiting days and time, and the doctors are not regularly visiting, the patients who are desperately in need of doctors appointment are simply not given proper response. This has to be changed, this is for the kind consideration of the administration.
