This hospital, one of the biggest and with almost every facilities. But the staff and the administration let people chose private hospitals ahead of this. Securities: yelling at people and causing problems to the visitors and even with the patients. Nurses have needs to be more kind with patients.
The hospital administration should take immediate and responsible action towards this.

Recruit well mannered and keen Nurses not animals. They use very bad words and behave like five sense shape and disturb patients. Try to use fund, equipment and tools.
