A very calm and quite island. Nearly 15 km away from Jaffna. Picturesque beaches and silent roads are an attraction.

only few people live here. guess about few thousands. poor infrastructure. you don't get even a single cafeteria to have a cup of tea . naturally rich scenic views available

It is a good place to visit and you will find lots of seafood around but there are no great places to eat them

Nice palce to have a day outing with small group. Have a chance to catch oysters in jaffna lagoon.
