  Worst insurance company in Sri Lanka. You won't get your claim amount. Very ordinary and inhuman staff. Never choose this as your insurance company

  Poor communications Unprofessional staff long delay on responses and poor decision making of management has taken MBSL Company to the bottom of the hell. I've been a customer of MBSL for over 7 years now. I will definitely find new company on my next renewal. I never recommend this company for any kind of service.

  Don't ever buy insurance from this cheap company. They will find any possible way to not to give your claims. Ruined my tail light while they took it for salvage and never gave me the claim. Also there's 3500/= charge if there are claims in short period of times.

  For the information of every one who has obtained vehicle insurance from MBSL. please don't renew your policies hereafter and don't obtain their services in the future. I have been a long standing customer and i have hardly made any claims.this time when i had to do a repair worth 100000 to my car, only 18000 has been approved by them and that too they are unreasonably refusing to reimburse.I will not recommend them to anyone hereafter.Apparently they are in the process of winding up and that's why they are unwilling to settle the claims.

  reasonably good customer service given on the day I went. But didn't get the full money for the insurance as I expected. Busy place . better to have more space.
