I'm a British expat working for a company that uses this company for health insurance. Was told when I started we had health coverage, found out when I needed it, when my wife was diagnosed with cancer, how little it is worth. Treatment being paid for 100% by me, having submitted the receipts for what little they will cover they have after 2 months not bothered to come back with anything. Don't waste your time if your a company covering anyone or an expat looking for coverage this is simply not worth the risk.

The claim department never answer the phone and their claiming process is very slow. My bike was accident 2 months ago. Still i haven't receive my payment. NEVER TRUST THIS Insuarance.

The most inefficient insurance service when it comes to claims. They literally don't pick up the phone and avoid paying valid claims. I m stuck with them till my insurance expires.
