Lake Wave Hotel has the most amazing food, which was our favourite throughout our motorbike tour of this beautiful island. The owner Upali & his lovely wife could not have been more accommodating to our needsat night time we had wonderful conversations overlooking the Lakesuch a beautiful open mind he has!!! A great place to stay while exploring this areaI hope one day to return 👍✌

Basically the owner uses the place to talk tourists into a tour he organizes (he is then also the driver). The tour was okay but too expensive. At the ayurveda place which was part of the tour (of course you have to pay extra for that) sex was offered

The hotel is very basic.

Very bad accommodation. Not enough fans in non A/C rooms. The price was way too much for such bad accommodation. There was a hole on the wall , where anyone from outside can see what's happening in the room. Toilets need to be more clean and the bed sheets were dirty. The water flow in the toilets need to be accurate the toilet literally floods when you have a shower. The room doors need to be strong and the doors need yo be fixed properly. Absolutely disgusting . worse hotel I have ever been. !!!
