One of the best places to stay in Sri Lanka! We stayed here at the end of January and practically had the place to ourselves. The grounds surround a beautiful lake, with hundreds of different species of birds. The chalets were clean and wonderfully maintained with beautiful views of the forest and Adam’s Peak from our balcony and their pool overlooks plush green vegetation. All the staff were so friendly and catered to our every need, even making us curries and roti fresh on request! They also hold tours of their organic farm and tea plantation (you can pluck some tea leaves yourself), as well as their local gem pit. All round a very peaceful, pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone at Lake Serenity for providing us with such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful landscaping. beautiful boutique hotel. The reception hall which is opened to the lake next to it is pretty awesome. When the day time that hall is hot cause noway to put air conditioning system since it's opened to the environment.

Awesome environment. So lonely place to relax. Wifi is available with maximum speed. Done with an antique set up. Food quantity is very good for the price. Taste depends.

Relax and calm place surrounding a small lake, Tea and Rubber estates. Can be accommodated more than 250 people at the banquet hall. However the taste of the foods are not up to the expected level at the hotel like this.
Boutique rooms are very cool and neatly arranged. Swimming pool is pretty handy for warm season.

The most incredible place to feel what Sri Lanka is truly like. It's so clean, green, fresh, quiet and picturesque!! There are cute and cozy villas, wonderfully furnished in a country style. The place is located near a beautiful lake. You can meet swans, chipmunks and a fantastic variety of birds right there on the territory of the hotel. They also have their own tea plantation and an organic farm. Also, you can see Adam's peak right from your terrace. The staff is super attentive and welcoming. The food is good, coffee is amazing. We spent 6 unforgettable days there and would have gladly stayed more!

Beautiful n relaxing The lake adds a remarkable glamour to the location. The boutique hall is open type. In the night it's quite beautiful. Rooms are good but the quality varies with the rooms. Some r good. Some r not that good. Food is average. Price is average. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The only improvement needed would be to enhance the quality of the food.
