If you are a lion beer fan, this is not your place. They have tiger and bison instead. Large parking space is available. There are bunch of local eateries right in front of the wine store where they serve "bites" for the drink.

Only hard liquor store in Peradeniya town. No any other liquor shop in between pilimathalawa and Mulgampola. From Nuwara Eliya road up to Gelioya. Local and foreign liquor are available. Parking facilities are available and there are several hotels in front of the shop if you need any thing to eat. At the time of writing they don't sale Lion branded beer but Byson they offer. You can't drink there. Closed in all poyadays and special days mentioned by the government.
