Rooms were OK , how ever room service had some issues . May be due to lack of experience of the staff. They did not even ask what we need at night(at least there were no water bottle in the room). Also had some issues with food supply and dining area. ( lack of tables and hand washing place was situated out side the area ) There were some other guests mixing with us with unexplained extra table service . Turning off garden lights at night was a another issue when we needed to go to the vihicle at night. how ever thid place can be recommend to stay for this price . PLEASE NOTICE This review is a attempt to improve their weakness.

Worse experience ever! Poor facilities! Beds were not properly cleaned. We had to sleep on used bed sheets. Dirty bathrooms , damaged toilets could not flush after use! there was a party after midnight in the same premises where the rooms were located Will never ever recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely loved my stay at Kanimandala! And set in a beautiful garden where they serve breakfast or dinner. Both of which were really excellent! Very good value for the price. The food was good. Loved the breakfast with a mix of Sri Lankan and western food. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The owner is wonderful. He is quick to give suggestions on places to go in the town as well as directions. It was a wonderful place to stay.
