This is last reservoir project which is included to මහවැලි development projects series. There are two dams which are built in using rubbles, soil and sand. Main purpose is to supply water to මොරගහකන්ද reservoir.

This is another large reservoir project in Sri Lanka. it is said that this reservoir is larger than "Moragahakanda" but there is no power station here. so that from this reservoir will supply the water to Moragahakanda reservoir by irrigation canal.
