  KFC negombo please recruite staffs who respect customers. This staff called Akram Shazan from KFC negombo treated us in a bad manner and disrespected his own senior staff. Further, customer service at kfc negombo is a rip off. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even road side vendors provide better customer service.

  Akram Shazan in kfc negombo gave us very poor customer service. He was showing aversion when we asked what flavors were available in krushers since the display above was not working. Then he neglected us and kept on taking orders from other customers who came after us even though we asked if it will get late, his reply was "the order will start processing once we give the order" then went back to other customer but didn't take ours.
  Then when we pointed out his mistake, he came argueing with us saying we were talking.

  Good is very tasty when they are hot. Some times food serving time is poor. In my last visit I had to wait 15 min or more to get zinger burger.

  I went inside this place accidentally with excessive hunger but we had a nice experience. With comfortable rest room.

  Just the same food as every KFC. The place is spacious and can even support a party. The rates are pretty high and the waiting times usually take long. Most of the times you have to wait in line for longer since there's no cashier present in every counter. Has a cool kids' play area.

  This outlet is ok when compared to the other KFC outlets. It has a kids play area. The dining area is very spacious with 2 floors. Parking is not enough. Virgin Mojito is my favorite here.

  The food quality was good .. but this KFC is no good for vegetarian people..
  You may only get .. one burger and fries as vegetarian... I noticed this because in our group one was vegetarian..
  Pricing is quite high ..
  Parking space is not enough as situated at main road ..
  Lovely interior with alot of combination of slides from children.. .

  The food is good, but there are many bad things about this place .
  1. No queue to order , people jumping on each other
  2. Not clean , people eat and go out leaving leftovers on the tables .
  3. Restroom is not clean as well.
  4. No security . The place was overcrowded including many kids, there is High potential of issues ..security is needed to ensure safety and order

  The first time visit experience is quite good actually. Very spacious, doesn’t seem to be overcrowded. Has a kids play area, good for a family time. The food was okay, the drumlets were a tad spicy (the batter was not on spot for some reason). The top floor could have its own serving area, would be much better. You have to order and take your food yourself to upstairs, guess what would happen if you happen to just slip or something. Will visit another time for a closer look. Oh! People look out for the good deals and offers, save a few bucks

  Kind of big KFC around Negombo. Nice place to get Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with family and friends. Not a quite place usually crowded.

  The service by the employees are great. The cashiers and very friendly. I'm sure everyone knows by now that KFC doesn't serve healthy food. The burgers and fries are acceptable. There space to park at the front and they also have a car park at the back, which they do not indicate so I found that out by accident. They seem to have a open WiFi connection but it doesn't connect, I asked from the employees why that is and they told me that they "don't have WiFi".

  Good place for dining especially with family. Kids play area, clean toilets are available. Parking can be managed except at night.

  Good isolated place near to the main road. Service is okay. Children play area is great!
  
  1st floor A/C is not sufficient. Workers clean the floor even through customs are having their meals.

  For some time I have enjoyed food here, but with time, the quality of the food was a bit downgraded.
  
  On busy days, make sure that you open and see if the chicken is cooked well on the inside.
