This apartment was great. The price us a bit high. They can consider having a fan. The flat had a massager to relax which was great. The kitchen facilities were sufficient. The tv was good. No laundry facilities in room but it's ok. A balcony was available but we hardly opened it as it was too cold.

Liked the place a lot. Ideal for family stays. Lovely kitchen with the necessary utensils available. Quality service. Reasonable rates. Hygiene of the place was good. The arrangement of the apartment including the furniture was beyond great. Unfortunately the view isn't that great but the comfort of the place covered it all up. Would definitely recommend the place to another and reserve next April as well.

Excellent apartment.
Our two day stay at jumeirah grad apartment was excellent experience. We booked studio apartment and it was awesome. Fully equipped. Also staff where very friendly and always willing to help.
They have restaurant in basement and you can order food by just dial their extension number (specially indin foods). Awesome foods. Great taste.
Really satisfied with their service.

We stayed there 4 days and we booked studio apartment uts fit to 4 people.apartment is so good but not that big and its not expensive so i will recommend this.

The place was well organised with all requirements provided for a happy and enjoyable vacation. It was convenient and clean. The location of the apartment was close to the main road and accessible to many points. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I'm pretty much sure this is the most luxurious room in Nuwara eliya. Doesn't even cost much. So many facilities available! Stream baths, massaging machines, beds with electronic warming covers. Everything here is just perfect.
