This station have large 3 platforms.
Some of the ticket counter employees are very slow, they don't care about passengers. Facilities of the station are in very poor condition. All these should be fixed.

Though it states here that it is opened 24 hrs immediately after a train leaves the station the staff close the gates. Passenger s are not allowed to buy tickets and go to the platform until they open the gates few minutes before the next 🚂 arrives.
