  I must say the host and his wife were very hospitable. Even prepared delicious breakfast on the day we checked out. But given a choice, I will never stay here ever again due to its lack of cleanliness. Entire apartment floor was dirty, not to mention the toilets. A cockroach made it's appearance on two of the three nights we were there. There were ants on the bed and my poor son had red spots on his face after our first night. Probably bitten by ants. And the first time in my life i had to sweep and clean the toilet of a hotel/holiday home while on a holiday! Because it was just that unbearable after the first night.

  Absolutely worth it
  Ifti is a saint.
  The apartment/room is very well priced.
  Clean, good and comfortable.
  Even got a free breakfast on the last night.

  Situated along Madawela Road, IFTI Holiday Home is conveniently within 2.5 km from Sri Lankan Air Taxi Dock, Polgolla. It provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and offers homely accommodation with simple décor.
  
  The property is 6 km to Kandy Railway Station, Kandy Bus Station and Kandy City Centre shopping complex. The renowned Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is 7 km away, Sembuwatta Tea Plantation is 15 km away while Bandaranike International Airport is within 107 km.
  
  Fitted with tiled flooring, rooms are simply furnished with a wardrobe, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Rooms come with a private bathroom offering shower and free toiletries. Daily maid service is available.
  
  IFTI Holiday Home features a common lounge and dining area for guests’ usage. Luggage storage is provided while airport shuttle service can be arranged at a surcharge. Free parking and ironing facilities are also available.
  
  Housing a shared kitchen, guests can make use of the utilities for cooking at an extra cost. A cook can also assist to prepare meals upon request.

  Nice apartments. We stayed 5 persons comfortablely in one apartment.
  Very clean and cleaning every day. Hot water. Good breakfast was included. Fan - A/C.
  The owner was very helpfull and offered transport to all the attractions of Kandy and surroundings.
  There are many things to see in Kandy.

  WHAT A WONDERFUL HOME EXPERIENCE!
  WITH A FAMILY OF 5 TOURED SRI LANKA FROM USA DURING THE LATTER PART OF DEC 2013.OUR STAY @ IFTI HOME WAS AWESOME FOR THREE REASONS
  
  FIRST, THE HOSPITALITY GIVEN TO US BY MR IFTI DURING OUR TWO DAY STAY FROM THE BEGINING TO THE END WAS THE MOST MEMORABLE STAY AT THIS LOCATION, ESPECIALLY COMING FROM THE MOST HOSPITABLE CITY LAS VEGAS
  
  SECOND,THE TWO ROOMS THAT WE BOOKED @ THIS HOME WAS IMMMACULATELY CLEAN.
  
  THIRD,THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPERTY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER, ESPECIALLY LOCATED CLOSE TO THE MAHAWELI REACH HOTEL.
  
  MY KIDS CALLED THIS THEIR SECOND HOME AND HAD A VERY GOOD TIME WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY WHO WAS AVAILABLE 24 HRS WHEN NEEDED.
  
  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK "IFTI HOLIDAY HOMES" U GOT MY 5 STAR.
