Absolutely great place to try local food made by locals! Its quite with super friendly service among palm trees. I am not a fan of spicy food so I tried grilled fish and chicken curry. Both absolutely delicious and not spicy. My husband loves spicy food and his curry was spicy! I will come back again and again! Thank you my friends 😃

By far the best meal in Sri Lanka for the two weeks we have been here. Good price, good crab, good prawns, good curry, good service, good people. We had to run through the rain (from jettwings to vasuki) but it was worth it, they even gave us a lift back to our hotel so we wouldn't get wet. As others have said by far the best hospitality in SL.

We ate at the restaurant, as we were staying a stone's throw away in Passikudah. This was an absolutely incredible meal - without doubt the best we had in almost 4 weeks in Sri Lanka. We went for crab curry on the recommendation of others who had reviewed the restaurant and left glowing comments. We were presented with the freshest and most beautifully prepared crab I've ever had, the combination of spices were like nothing I've ever tasted before. The chef personally came and explained what was in each accompanying dish and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place for th e very best curry in Sri Lanka!

Very nice little hotel with clean A/C rooms away from the crowds but close enough to the beach. The food is excellent and the staff can't do enough for you. Very good price for what you get.

Most delicious crab I've ever tasted. Gracious, knowledgeable and informative owner who takes great pride in his cooking. Chili crab was indescribably delectable. Pittu with coconut sambar and sambol was also so yummy. Served us fresh papaya for dessert.
Would recommend adding citronella candles to make eating outside more enjoyable.

Great food. We only came for dinner as we were staying in a nearby resort - had crab curry with rice and a couple of sides (prawns, dhal and vegetables) and it was absolutely delicious. The crabs were fresh caught and beautifully cooked, all at a really reasonable price. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - would definitely recommend!

Decent clean place, with all the basic facilities you would expect. Do not expect star class facilities. Has A/C rooms. It's about 1 km from beach. Their crab curry is really good. Other dishes were OK, nothing exceptional. Compared to other places in Pasikudah reasonably priced.

Very very very humble,kind and very innocent people. They are very polite to the guests. They are willing to provide any food as our wishes. Comparing with the price they offered us very good rooms with all facilities in a favorable environment. I recommend you to go there if you want to enjoy your vacation in a peaceful environment with polite and humble people specially Mr. Shiva (Owner) and all the other workers as well. Good Luck !!!!!!

Kind Humans. The highlight of this place is the staff. The really go out of their way to make you comfortable. I showed up randomly just to have lunch at their restaurant and ended up staying for a night. Also because it was a good deal. The food was really good and the portions were more than generous. The rooms have high ceilings and adequately furnished. There is hot water in the showers. There's a TV and free high-speed WiFi - 10 MBps download.
The only downside is that it's a 10-15 min walk to Passikuda beach. Apart from that, it's highly recommend.
