Staff were great, went during off season so there wasn't much to offer food wise. The hotel surroundings are beautiful sitting there with a nice tropical drink watching people on boats at work.

This was a very awful experience that v had. In our triple room AC didn't work at all. Fans were somewhere else and beds were somewhere. Kids refuse to sleep. Power went out for 4 times. V had to shift to another room Ar 11.30 in the night. Food is awful .No taste no variety at all. Most of the time it's emty. We booked this for 2 nights but came next day or self. Gud luck to all who's going to this hotel. But great location .

Place and the view was nice. The A/C in room No.302 is not working and the toilet gave a bad smell sometimes when the tap was open. Overall okay. Dinner and lunch was good but the breakfast did not include a good choice of food and also at some instances had to wait along time till they fill the food.

Hate this. Room service is not good. Our check in settled at 2.00Pm but we came to this hotel at 6.30 Pm and they were not supplied bath towels until we come to the room. Further rooms are small and likes a bungalow room.However this hotel service is not good but hotel pool and surrounding is attractive.

Don't know where to start even. Coz other than the view don't have any good comments. Food - if you are vegetarian don't recommend coz you will see small insects in the food this is due to the lake. Even the catch-up, desert all have these small insects. Not much varieties in the food & eggs omelet with egg shell for morning brake-first. Rooms- #268 is bigger room but tiny small TV with free insects. Bedsheets were not change for ahead and never cleaned under the beds. Bathroom sinks not cleaner. Lift carpet is not vacuumed for 10years I believe. So filthy and everything is breaking-apart. Safety deposit box was locked when we get to the room. And had to call twice to fix it. After 5 hours they send someone to fix it. They have a big nice pool with 6'.9" deeper but maintenance is 0 tiles are broken and insects in the pool. Receptionist was so welcomed and nice. Didn't like your Papaya Welcome Drink, should do better than that for the Price. Cleaners and water boys need more training. Asked for water and they just fill 1 glass and all other 3 glasses are empty. 2 bottles of sprite cost Rs500. Even a 5* hotel cost Rs350 -450 and this hotel is like 2*, around many hotels available with good cleaned food for same price or low. Will never comeback to this.

Surrounding is good close to the lake. Rooms are good, well furnished and comfortable. Buffet, I am afraid could be vastly improved. While the taste of food is good, very limited food varities : during a long weekend with many foreigners in house, very limited selection. Eg. Breakfast did not even have hoppers, no beef dishes in any of the days we were there. This aspect is very below par compared to similar rated hotels I have stayed in. Staff is friendly. My room ac was very noisy ( room 302). Overall a good place for a short stay, especially if you are not very fussy about the food on offer.

Where do I begin this place is horrible. Our rooms felt more like college dorms. They were filthy. The mirrors covered in fingerprints and toothpaste, the tapware in the shower and sink were covered in heavy soap scum, the drain cover of the shower was sitting outside of the drain and stank the bathroom up and our toilet had the remnants of the last guests sitting in the bowl. Not to mention the female toilets in the lobby had open bins revealing used sanitary pads and other unmentionable, foul-smelling items.
If you want peace and quiet, do not come here. It is full of loud Chinese tourists which you can hear at all hours of the day and night because sound penetrates every orifice of your room, as if the walls are made of tissue paper. One of my fondest experiences was coming back to my room after dinner to hear the man in the room above me cough up his phlegm in the sink numerous times. You can also hear what people are saying and doing in the bathroom in the room next to you.
If you want any relief from the stench of your room, or simply to open your window to cry out for help, you can’t. Monkeys are known to loiter around.
Do not stay here.

Environment is attractive. Pool is also good. Deep end around 7 ft. Staff is friendly. Bed size is not enough. Room is okay but bathroom is not good and small. Food is not good.

A place with good ambience. Nice lake view from the hotel garden where you get to enjoy the bliss of nature. The restaurant offers a great combination of food items to choose from. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Most of the historically important places are close by. So it is a matter of few minutes drive to the archaeological sites. The service is great. Attentive and friendly staff.

Next to pararama lake. Beautiful view depending on your room. Room number 114 is good. You get a good view.
Food variety is average. You might wander at times how the stars came. Breakfast is the best meal in here. Swimming pools are lengthy and can accommodate a good crowd. More space in the garden allows for group activities. Walks and an overlook tower.
Very close to archaeological sites. Infrastructure you might feel is a bit on the old school.

People working here are pleasant and supportive. The AC in our room was petty good.

One of the better Hotels in the area. Since it's positioned next to the lake, there's a nice view from the restaurant and the bar.

Great location. Breathtaking views and the garden. Great buffet. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. All in all a lovely stay. 😊
