  Kekirawa railway station is a railway station in the city of Kekirawaa in North Central Province Sri Lanka. Owned by Sri Lanka Railways. station is part of the Batticaloa Line . In theColambo Kotuwa station the train pass the Ragama station, Polgahawela station, Kuruneegala station, Mahawa junction Station to Kekirawa Staion.Kekirawa Station is in very small station. Kekirawa is the sub station in the Polonnaruwa Main railway station.

  Quite place, No shops or eating places around. You need to walk about 150m to the main A9 road or catch a Trishaw to the town.

  Small and clean, but beware - there are no signs with the station name other than on the little building. It is easy to miss it.
