Very bad rooms and not good. No drink water and no well aircondition . Very slow water at bathroom. One night Very expensive its 6000 rupee for dubblebed one room 9pm to 9 am and There are 2 rates for local and foreign i never go there very very bad.

I stayed there one night. Disappointed compared to other places around Sri Lanka. The room was 4000Rs but with minimum facilities, only AC and satellite TV was the facility. There wasn't a enough bedsheets, even glasses . Had to ask for them and even for toilet papers. The pool was not a complementary item so had to pay extra. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. Never go there again.

Amalya reach hotel is one of best place in homagama. It have several halls. And it's been constructed as big as we think. So it's a good place to get a wedding or trow a party.

They have a nice pool with reasonable price. I think 2hours for 200/= . I don't remember actually. Food price are little bit high for that place. Fried rice large for 600 . They also have a bar . Location is good .

Staff is super friendly. Food and facilities also good. They should improve the quality of the premises.
Good place to hang out in budget. Family friendly too. food is reasonable for the price. The pool is OK.

4 stars given because they need to have proper maintenance specially in the pool area.

The rooms are not clean well ,and they don't change the sheets and pillow cases after used thats the badest thing I got one with the sperms stains 😏😏

Good for a weekend swim with friends. Pool available. Reasonable prices for food. Liquor is also available at a reasonable price. If someone willing to do more, rooms are available from 2000lkr onwards ;)

one of the worst experience I had from a hotel. From the moment we stepped, the hotel management was so eager to get the cockage for two bottles we have taken. Then they urged to pay the cockage in advance to serve even glasses, this is the first hand experience in this nature in anywhere in the world.

Then they have not allowed even to play a guitar.

I was so surprised with the way they have treated. The crowd I went with also a decent and comprise with several GMs, Managers of some elite Plcs in the country.
