  Nice place for diner outside. Mostly tourists. Good rice & curry friendly staff.

  L'hôtel est très bien situé juste en face du temple de la dent de l'autre côté du lac .Les chambres sont propres , spacieuses et la literie est top , enfin .l'acceuil et le personnel est extra !
  Le restaurant de l'hôtel fait une excellente cuisine . Le patron parle français c'est un plus pour les francophones.
  Nous le recommandons fortement.

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst in Kandy, everything was ok and price may well be fair for Kandy, the room was simple and a little sparse, nice restaurant (more expensive than local eats but good) and the breakfast buffet of tea coffee toast jam plus string hoppers dahl and coconut sambol with roti was delicious. The terrace was lovely to sit on of an evening but loud building work nearby, limited soft drinks no alcohol. Monkeys, chipmunks, lizards and birds all present here. Staff were warm enough; our tuk tuk driver took us round patiently but it may be cheaper to walk down to the main road and haggle! Walking distance to the lake, market, town centre and temple.

  This review is for the ticket service only. Mr. Malik helped us to get reservations on the "sold out" train from Kandy to Ella. He did a great job. He got us the tickets early in the morning and texted us about that at 7 AM so we did not have to hurry to stand in the line for the non-reservation tickets.

  A place where you can find all Lonely Planet's readers Is it why the cook doesn't care anymore?
  We ordered fried noodles with veg & chicken and we ended up with a huge pile in our plate, mostly constituted of overcooked noodles.
  The staff was nice but didn't realy seem concerned.
