We stay there in 2018 May, The room was spacious, beautiful comfortable. The food options were good and of high quality and the service from beginning to end was top notch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Species vehicle parking available but should be beware of coconut fall as there are more coconut trees.

The room was very comfortable and the pool is lovely.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent and generally good value for money. Breakfast while amazing was a little over priced when compared to the prices of lunch and dinner.
Regarding transport I would recommend using the transport arranged by the hotel rather than through local providers. It is a little more expensive but the vehicles have seatbelts which is a must on Sri Lankan roads.
The taxi driver that loves 2 doors down taught us this lesson as while driving at night he was talking on the phone and swerved to avoid a pedestrian. His van had no seatbelts and we ended up flying in to a ditch.response / report this review -

Best place in the city. I have been there several times with my family and spent a very good time. Greeny environment, tasty food, friendly staff, exceptional service with a smile on face everytime. Highly recommended for both foreigners and locals.

Nice clean and friendly place with a pool. However the cost of less than average food ( avoid the battered chicken - more bones and cartillage than meat!! ) is expensive for what you get. Not good value at all. Jump a taxi and eat in town.

We spent two nights here. Our kids really enjoyed the stay and they loved the pool. This hotel is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.
The green environment around the hotel is nice. The garden is well maintained and clean.

Clean room, excellent service. Owner was nice and friendly, in house restaurant. everything was better than we expected. Was a bit hard to find because the location on Google maps is slightly off (just keep driving down the road once Google maps says you're there). All in all a great experience.
