Poor food at buffet. No verity. 3 items only.
Rude staff.
Unclean toilets at least for the visiting guests. (I cannot comment the wash rooms of in house guests).
Very sceinic. Nice blowing from the tank.
Much space to improve..!!

Over all is a nice place. But what i found very stupid is the NON- AC ( air conditioner ) rooms do not have a single ceiling fans and only one stand fan that too it doesn't work sometimes. Have broken fans. And the AC rooms have AC and freaking ceiling fans. Like it doesn't even make sense. The prices to be honest are not reasonable at all. Also the wifi. oh god the WIFI is either hidden or the doesn't . And the stafff.. isn't it the staff's duty to handover the wifi password to you as soon as you book the room? Room cleaning staff is quite good. But some staffs ain't decent at all.
THE ONLY GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE SCENERIOS AND THE INTERIORS OF THE HOTEL not the rooms. The hotel. Also it's quite far from the city.
I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL WILL LOOK AT THESE ISSUES AND FIX IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I MEAN SPECIALLY THE FAN ISSUE.

Place is nice, the way it is run isn't.

They screw it up with the small things:
*No chance to charge a EU-device. Only British power sockets
*Only salted butter
*They put these chemical stones in the sink so the whole room smells like a public toilet
*WiFi is hidden and mostly doesn't work in the room
*had a power outage in my room
*They serve fresh juice with a thin straw, which of course does not work because of the pulp
*No selection for breakfast (toast with omelet and jelly) and my omelet was still liquid inside
*TV has bad reception

For the kind of money they are asking, they have to put more attention to details. I don't enjoy a great view or a big swimming pool if some basic things don't work

Still the location with a nice garden next to the lake is great and one could make a really good hotel out of what's already there.

This place can be rated as just ok. But taking the map into consideration, if you are travelling around Nikaweratiya , this is the only place to spend a night, have a descent meal, to have a group chat with a sip of bear with a good view of the great lake. Staf is fine but they have some areas to develop on customer service

My family stayed here one night on 27th August, this is best place to relax ,staff also very helpful and prices are very reasonable. Very large room but bath room are not up to the standard need to be more clean and tidy. Overall I am happy with the hotel.
