Clean place near the beach but they dont have a private beach area. Service was good, food could be more authentic and was quite expensive.

Horrible food as it was obvious that they were cost cutting and horrible service,the room even had a rat in it which when complained about they didnt do anything

Very nice new resort in Kalpitiya. There are about a dozen bungalows around a lovely pool and with lots of green trees and plants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and have a very nice open air bathroom. Would recommend for certain.

A good find. Even out of season, a very very pleasant place to stay in an otherwise out of the way, still under-developed area, which caters (not exclusively) to a kite surf clientele for an obvious reason - the wind.
Very good feel to this small sporty resort. Excellent accommodation in around a dozen individual bungalows with open to the sky bathrooms and private verandahs. Food and table staff do need to be improved, especially as the area offers few alternatives within manageable distances particularly at night, but, in the end, given the assured comfort and pleasant atmosphere, you can make do.response / report this review -

We stayed here for a week. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean. Outside bathroom great. Hot water in this resort. Was a little quiet on the first couple of nights, other guest went to bed early. Could do with some night entertainment as evening got lonely. The kite surfing team a super friendly and helpfull. Had great kiting on the big lake. Wind was amazing. Recommend this resort. The puppy horizon is super cute. Xx

A brilliant idea for a resort to be built in such a location. Surrounded by palm trees and the outdoors where the sun embraces you in its warmth.
