I did the cooking class with Iran. Nice guy and the food turned out well. Unfortunately i did not learn that much since we were 11 people (he promised in advance not to have bigger groups than 8 people) and we just cut veggies while he was cooking. After the class i got the recipes by mail. Given that the class was with 15$ not too expensive, you can still give it a try.

Nice family-run place with clean facilities excellent service and great breakfast. Don Iran, the owner, gives a cooking class for preparing traditional Sri Lankan food, which was in the end the best we've ever had. Would love to stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights in this guesthouse. It was nice, the room was very clean and big, the landlords were really friendly. We took the cooking class and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Stayed overnight warm water from showers was refreshing and cosy beds lead to a relaxing sleep.

We had a very nice stay and warm welcome. The diner with curry out of banana leaves was soooo delicious! The showers with warm water are really awesome.
