  Genius Mobile thank you very much for the fullest support you all have given to me. It’s a totally surprise. Your customer service is brilliant. Very quick service, delightful customer treatment from the courier person to shop owner. Can’t believe man!😍 I haven’t enough words to express it. And the phone is super. It’s a really genuine product. Specially I must thank to Mr Zuhir ( the guy who handled me ) I called him on Saturday to know the product details. And the conversation is truly clear and very straight forward. There was a holiday on Monday. Until Tuesday they reserved it me and they send it within 15 minutes after I said that. Nice guy !! I’m so much glad of your service and your genius Mobile products. Everything is reasonable. You guys are truly supportive and faithful. Highly recommend 💯 Genius Mobile!!!

  Inquired about an iPhone and they matched the offer I had got from another vendor for the phone, so I bought from them. The whole process was seamless and I was in and out of the shop in about 15 minutes with a new phone. So far, no regrets about my decision to buy from them. Would recommend.

  Great customer service and very quick delivery! Apple pencil was not working due to some issue but after explaining to them they sent a replacement the very next day. Many thanks to Mr. Afrath. Highly recommended.

  I called them and asked if they had OnePlus 7T tempered glass and they said "Yes". And then after visiting their small shop, they took 20 mins finding the tempered glass. And then they replaced it with some other phone's tempered glass. Because they didn't have the tempered glass for OnePlus 7T. If so they have to mention clearly that they do not have the item. Without wasting anyone's time. And they charged LKR 1,500. Where all the edges of the phone is not even covered. In simple words a bunch of thieves making money.

  I have purchased my Samsung Galaxy note 9 in this shop. It head company warranty including a break free offer that's mean if the glass of the display is broken within the year it will be replaced free of charge. Item is still with me and I am total happy with the purchase, even the mobile items are low in price some mobile accessories might feel like high-priced but I experienced priced items also in good quality but I really disappointed with that it high-priced screen protector I purchased.
  
  Even though I purchased several items in place I have never claim the warranty for any of them so I am not in place to explain how the warranty process is..
