  I bought an external hard disk from this place a few months back. It working pretty well. The products sold here are quite good but its a bit expensive compared to other places. But here's one thing I personally experienced here on this shop. Their customer service is really bad. They like never greet a customer and most people who work there just literally pretend they are busy. Unless your someone who really knows what your looking for, your gonna have a hard time finding it in this shop. Their service seriously needs improvement.

  Terrible customer service! Facebook says you can place orders online but the website does not even allow to create a profile or register. Customer service agent who handles the facebook
  page & messages, does not understand the customers needs and requirements and I had to spend a good 5 minutes explaining and sending him the link of the Cooling Pad I wanted but he kept sending me a website link saying "click on the link" and I had to actually screenshot and send it to him when he said that the Cooling pad I wanted was out of stock whereas the website clearly said it was available. Please educate your customer service agents on how to handle customers and educate them about the products without wasting the customers time.

  I bought an SSD and asked them to fix it on my laptop and clone the data. I went out and returned in 2 hours as they asked. They were busy with the same kind of job and asked me to come in another hour. When I went, they told me that the ongoing job was not completed and I have to wait until it is done as they don't have two external drives to work with. They started my job after 4hrs and were not able to clone my disk. Then they tried to install windows 7 (which was already discontinued) on my new SSD. It didn't work too. However, after installing windows to my SSD using a bootable USB, my old HDD was not working because the tray they used was broken. It took 5+ hours to do the job and still charged the service fee. They acted like it was just another laptop. The person was in a hurry and damaged the casing with the screwdriver. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I can make this review even lengthier👿
