Probably the best gym in Colombo. Annual fee is around 65k and for couples 45k each. It has pretty much every cool facility a gym should have, a great array of machines for each muscle, A/C, cool background music, sauna, steam room, pool, hot showers and cute boys. But, the trainers prefer to be paid and booked as personal trainers, therefore, as a regular member, you may have to wait/beg to get hold of them to get an advice. Some evenings can get busy to get hold of some machines.

All round gym inclusive of sauna, steam room and a pool for a good price. Suggest to take the yearly membership so that you get a 10% discount of the whole price (65k) and come frequently. Hot showers are an added bonus.

Great Place for workouts with the added benefit of using the pool
