  It was the "Hybrid Trainer" machine I purchased couple of years ago..with determination I continued using it for an year..Believe me I lost almost 30KgsI have not given up..I'm still using it..with no fault found on the product..Thank you Quantum..

  THE NEED OF ASSUARING HEALTH IS HIGHLY FELT THESE DAYS SINSE PEOPLE ARE SCHEDULED WITH THEIR PILED UP WORKS AND HEALTH IS LOPKED DOWN BY MOST OF THEM.QUANTUM FITNESS GIVES THE BEST QUALITY INSTUMENTS WHICH HAS NO ILL EFFECTS BY USING IT.THEY HAVE PROOVED THIS IN SEVERAL TESTS BEFORE USAGE.

  As is the norm in other businesses too, services of machines, including the free services, are booked by the clients themselves. Mr Thrimawithana did not avail himself of his free service within the stipulated first year. Our records indicate that he contacted us after the one years' free service time was finished. Hence, he wasn't eligible for a free service. However, in considering his wishes, Quantum provided a service at 50% of the regular rate.

  The Quantum’s Life Time Warranty was introduced to protect customers from manufacturing defects. It was not meant for issues related to the regular ware and tare of machines. Mr. Nishantha wanted his treadmills’ tread belt replaced after more than four years of use. This is an issue with ware and tare. It is not a manufacuturing defect. Hence the Life Time Warranty is not applicable to Mr Nishanthas’ situation.

  Do not buy anything from this company. They do not honor the life time warranty given to me. They will steal your money by giving some crappy promises. Its a daylight robbery. Time for class action lawsuit.
