A very valuable archeological site
Superb
Reaching the cave is slightly a tedious task. Might have to walk about 1km into a by road in order to reach the Dorawaka cave also called the Athu bendi lena. the cave is formed by two large boulders leaning on to each other. Inside the cave, can be seen some fascinating inscriptions and sketches of animals and various markings.
If one needs to get more information regarding the cave and the related history, there's this official person appointed by the archaeological department residing in his home close by the cave (about 600m from the cave) has a documentary that can be seen at his residence.
