A beautiful ‘must see’. Words cannot describe the magnificence of this natural sight. It is something one must experience for themselves

I really love this place. You can have a beautiful view over mountain. It would be better if you go with food and snacks because there is no such shops nearby this Diyaluma waterfall. One of recommended places for tourists in Sri Lanka.

One of the most beautiful water falls that you will ever find in Sri Lanka. its natural beauty shows how rich with nature. A place you can enjoy with silence. And good breath of air, will fill you with energy. I was here long time ago with my friends to spectate this beautiful view. This water fall flows below the road. You will have a great time.

Fentastic place
Diyaluma Falls is 220 m (720 ft) high and the second highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 361st highest waterfall in the world. It is situated 6 km (3.7 mi) away from Koslanda in Badulla District on Colombo-Badulla highway. The Falls are formed by Punagala Oya, a tributary of Kuda Oya which in turn, is a tributary of Kirindi Oya. (Wikipedia)

At 171m, Diyaluma Ella Falls is the third highest waterfall in Sri Lanka. The torrent of water cascades down to the Koslanda Plateau and during rain it is a spectacular sight. Sadly, this enchanting fall visible from the Koslanda highway may disappear due to frequent landslides. On one side of the fall the land is covered in deciduous plants. Wildlife found in the area include lizards.

In the upper side of diyaluma falls, there also have few number of waterfalls. Uda diyaluma falls is a highest one. Can be reach there through the trekking pathway.. So beautiful and never forget this journey.
