Excellent government hospital which cater medical services at free of charge. The hospital has been upgraded recently and most of facilities are available. Usually there is a high turn over at OPD and Clinics. There is a huge catchment area for this hospital and usually patients are transferred to teaching hospital Kandy whenever necessary.
