This place used to be a good place where you get professional service and friendly customer service which is very rare in Sri Lanka. But sadly, my experience today at this place is very frustrating. Attitude of the staff is very poor. Try to behave like they do a special help to customers. They have forgotten that they provide a service which they get paid.
Whoever run the place should take this very seriously and try to bring the service level up.
