They mainly target School children and office crowd, So dont expect high quality and standards. You might have to wait in a queue during busy hours.

DEVON BAKEAWAY AT NUGEGODA HAS GONE TO THE DOG UNDER THE NEW MANAGER!! Dirty & smelly place my niece found a dead fly inside her ice cream! So did my neighbor! found one inside the bread ..when she informed this next day they wanted to give her a free bread loaf😁 So watch out if you are taking a bite from Devon bake away! You might get a free fly. Good luck.😁

Not punctual and poor service. To get some ordered food, when called before went there, they said food is ready. But had to wait more than 30 minutes to get them.

Crowded during the lunch in weekdays and Saturday. Self-service restaurant.
You need to stay in 2 queues to pay the bill and another one to get the food. 😂 So not a good place to have a quick lunch.
Other than that food is good and available for reasonable prices.

Food is good and bit overcrowded during weekdays from 1pm to 2pm. It will be bit confusing for a first time visitor how their in-organized self service works. Now they accept credit cards too.

Very poor customer service. Self service but messy billing system. Cutomer have to remember what he wants and inform cashier to bill. Food served cold. I had superior experience at Devon - Kandy. This is not acceptable comparing to Devon - Kandy

They don't accept card payments even though the sticker is pasted on the door. No issues on food and prices are above average. It will be bit confusing for first timers. Doesn't deserve more than 2 stars.

Better place to have a snack at nugegoda. Multi storied place to enjoy. But from 12.00 to 14.00, this place is bit crowded.

As always ad Devon, food can be trusted. Sometimes, it is crowded as it is a popular bake house in Sri Lanka. The downstairs is the pastry shop as the upper-stairs is for having meals. I have never been there to have meals even I had been there for several times for having short eats. The pastry shop is self service so that you have to buy food yourself at the counter even if you are having it there. Normally in the weekends and the evenings of the weekdays, it can be very crowded so that you may not be able to find a place to sit. But the food can be highly recommended. Finding parking can be critical in the busy hours.

I had been there few times. Foods are nice. Nothing to say bad things. Price also resonable. Good desert options here.
