  Had to get a document couriered to Canada and visited the DHL Nugegoda outlet. There is ample parking and a friendly security guy but what I most liked about this specific outlet was the services given by Sanjaya, who was at the counter. He was very efficient, friendly and detail oriented to the point that he informed us that the mailing address to which we were sending the document had changed and guided us to find their new address!
  
  It was refreshing to see that there still were people with a work ethic like Sanjaya who genuinly care about the quality of service delivered to the customer

  I am highly satisfied with their service. I had an urgent delivery from Sri Lanka to Europe during the difficult times of pandemic and could get the job done swiftly. The customer service is pleasant and very professional in the way they deal with customers. Keep up the good work! I recommend this place for everyone in Colombo

  The package was delivered on time. So I am very satisfied. It's great that you could track your package on DHL. Would highly recommend if you need to send something abroad. It's quick but not cheap. Five stars cause It delivered on time.
