  Very poor customer service and Rates different time to time.. Poor call centre service

  I have been trying to call the telephone number for las 3 days. But no response at all. If the number is provided, please answer the call. If not responding for calls, don’t provide the numbers. No use.

  First time sending a a gift from SL to Melbourne and first time using GTV courier service.
  They are very friendly and attentive to their customers’ needs. Helped to carefully pack the personalized craft items and were were welcoming towards all our queries and clarifications.
  We chose to send with DHL via GTV, which was much less expensive than sending directly via DHL. They provided the DHL tracking number the very next day. They gave us the tentative delivery period of 10 days with the prevailing covid situation. But, the gift was delivered in 72 hours! I’m highly satisfied!

  Gtv has been so helpful with my shipment and they were the only shipping company who allowed to ship dry fish products. It took 15 days to receive the parcel to Estonia. ( during corona times it’s understandable)Prices are affordable and trustworthy service.

  Wanted to buy empty boxes and the guy at the counter says come back in the evening, the boxes were just above his seat.

  Best place to send parcels to anywhere in the world with cheaper cost and effective service. Even though its crowded very easy to send.
