We had really bad experience in the hotel restaurant! We stayed for 2 nights while on our way out from Sri Lanka to Dubai! Staff not really helpful, we waited 1 hour and a half for our dinner to arrive and was wrong! Then we had to wait another 30min for our actual order to be delivered at the table! Only apologies was sorry sir!

One of our best stays in Sri Lanka. The view on Ella Gap simply and utterly amazing and what better to enjoy that from your balcony with a Lion beer in your hand? The room is comfortable and the bathroom tidy. It's a short walk from Ella center along a busy road, but you can get a tuktuk to bring you or pick you up. Just ask the owners, all staff is super friendly!

Lovely place with incredibly kind owners. The view is perfect and the walk to town is about 5 minutes. Yes, it is on a road but this is only lively during the day and is something we were fully aware of before booking. I would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet and I was made a packed lunch for my train ride back to Colombo. No negatives except the massage recommendation, which turned out to be a sham. It really spoilt my stay here.
