Google has no minus stars rating. Otherwise i would have given - 5 for this useless company. I gave my motorcycle for lease at wellawatta branch on last friday. And my customer is also waiting for a reply from this bloody company for the amount and procedures. Still they havent told us. And the bugger is not answering the calls. Very rude customer representatives and lazy bastards.

This statement isn’t something to pinpoint one’s services or support, The large firm like commercial bank of Ceylon has an immense reputation around sri lanka and even south Asia for the services, bur being a largely grown company the employees to need to know what they’re handling and how to handle a customer, since I’m not a superior customer or a much profit maker I am too a part of the banking and as I’ve reached Fort Branch, the response they give and the support of the front end staffs are very unsatisfactory and even they are not having the interaction with the customers to know what is the actually the problem is, even though users are mistakable the support teams are there to make support the respective aspects, where the front-end team of Fort branch of commercial bank is so awful and they neglect to assist and finally visiting twice for the site and not getting the work done is so disappointing. I hope they will correct the flaw soon from
