I went to the Flavored Restaurant for dinner with my wife to celebrate her Birthday which falls on the same Valentines Day. 14th Feb 2018. They offered a special Valentine Buffet which cost slightly higher than the regular buffet price. But they offered two special cup cakes and two glasses of wine. The buffet was really good and had good variations. Special thing was every food was really good and we felt taste everything. Specially every dessert. They arranged a Birthday day wording too. Great service. Regular buffet price is slightly less than other main hotels in Colombo. Restaurant looks small at a glance, but you would not repent on the buffet. Highly recommended.

Good hotel and well located. Modern, clean and high quality with large comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool is smart and a good escape from the vehicle pollution that hangs at ground level in the town. Prices are slightly better than other quality hotels. Nothing memorable as quite corporate so doesn't get five stars but we'll choosing over more expensive options.

It is an excellent budget hotel. Complete value for money. The rooms are spacious and furnished just like any 5-star property. The hotel has an infinity pool on the terrace and a well equipped gym. The restaurants and the coffee shop are also quite good. Actually, the only thing that's makes it a budget hotel is absence of room service, which you don't mind given the low room tariff. The view on all four sides of the hotel is excellent. I would highly recommend this for business travelers visiting Colombo.

Had a great time. Wonderful place to stay. Excellent service. Most importantly loved the views from my room. If you are planning for a stay in Colombo, never have a second thought book here. Loved the food. I don't have any thing negative about this place

I would give three star to the hotel for the ambiance only. There is no room service in hotel. From 22nd floor you have to go and pick up what ever you order till your room. Room in tv has only 20 channels and they are programmed on hotel software only. Even basic dental kit is also chargeable after paying a flaunting amount for the stay. If they change few systems then i would surely give 5 star. Hope to see the change in this system else no point staying here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The amenities are nice and the view of the city is beautiful. Their infinity pool on the roof is also a fun place to hang out. One downside is their elevator. It closes really quickly, and the capacity is low, so it's hard to get on in the mornings and around check out times.

I am so glad I undoubtedly made the perfect choice to take my girl out for dinner on Valentine's. It was such a heartwarming experience. Perfect atmosphere, generous and delicious dishes, superb service, all in all it was such a worthy pay. Loved the variety in the food, especially the mouth watering desserts. Would definitely recommend it to people around.

Cloud red - the rooftop bar of the cinnamon red has a perfect 360 degree view of Colombo. Opening hours are from 5pm - 12pm. Service is really good there. And the variety of the drinks available is impressive too. The food is delicious. Prices are not too high( reasonable). Overall a good place to spend your evening with your loved ones.

Nice trendy hotel in a convenient location.
Graffiti in the car car parks are awesome , since many such parking ares can be boring.Lift is just next to that,and that is good too.
Top restaurants are not bad bar is fine.lobby at the reception is small and dull.Modern designs are attractive but reception lobby doesn’t give you a comfy feeling.

Well satisfied service. The staff was so friendly. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and they were so helpful. Food was delicious. Great atmosphere. Good for a dinner date.

Well appointed with0 fabulous, friendly staff. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious catering for all cultures. Pool and rooftop bar complete the holiday experience.

The place fell short of our expectations because of the service.The staff made errors in type of room and billed us twice for breakfast. They also have some weird rule of pre charging your credit card with more than your stay cost..not sure why though as it created an atmosphere of distrust from the moment we checked in. Where you start with a welcome in most similar rated hotels here it is the opposite.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They do not provide toiletries like shaving set or tooth brush etc. Also, I had recurring issues with the shower in all the rooms that I have stayed (5 visits in Aug-Oct 2017). The water becomes cold and then super scalding hot then cold etc without any changes in the levers. I have raised this with the house keeping but haven’t seen much change. Apart from that, the hotel is good. The breakfast has enough options.

Visited Cloud Red and it was a very pleasant experience. Great ambience. Definitely gonna be a regular hangout spot. The only down side is it's ONLY open from 5pm to midnight.

Cozy self-service city hotel. Fantastic location. Main restaurent is medicocre. Nice roof-top swimming pool. Good rooftop bar with city view and finger-food.

It is correct New hotel with amazing views, but still with no soul. The food is correct but far away from other cinnamon hotels. Papaya Dhal curry and steam rice must be improved, and the waiter should ask you before serve the water. Little details to improve.

It's a new place with restaurants and a hotel inside. Situated next to a one way road made it hard to accessible.. Prices are high but has great views.. They are initiating a go green campaign.. Great staff..

It's a lovely place to relax after a weeks whirlwind tour of Sri Lanka. The breakfast menu has it all and the views from the rooms are great too. The roof top swimming pool is beautiful and the water is perfect. The beds are very comfortable.

Excellent value for money. Good location. Great rooftop pool and bar. Good variety on the breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. All the amenities of a four star hotel but with the cinnamon chain (which usually runs five star hotels) hospitality provided to guests. Planning to stay here again in September.
