One of the best locations in Negombo, we had great time with the scuba diving training session. Their staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent. Our group had a great time. One of the best resorts to host your team building activities. I rated 5 stars because we were all satisfied with their customer service. We have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

The only good thing is the pool. Room cleanliness was good but not worth for the price charged. The staff service and food choice is horrible. No morning bed tea as well. Definitely won't recommend anyone.

Shit place. Toilets smell bad and bathroom water draining system is stuck. No professional staff for cocking. Theirs no menu to order food. If you like or not We have to eat what they give us. Staff are friendly except cashier and managers.
We booked this hotel for fullbord for two days and did not get proper food. This hotel good for junkies and people looking for quick sex. Trust me. You don't wanna go their.
Other matter is if you pay your bill by card, they will charge 3% on top of that. Considering above matters, if some one says this is good place that means thay don't have hotel experience.

Good hotel to stay near by beach or good for few days holiday. With in the price label you will like it. A big swimming pool is there very clean. But they should improve the services I mean room service as well as in the restaurant.
Little far from Colombo city but you can hire a taxi to reach there by highway in 2 hours.
