  Worst hotel ever!!! The bill had too many complications and they charged the price of two dishes for one dish!! The staffs have too much attitude! The food was good but unfair rate! So good luck visiting that restaurant!

  The most terrible restaurant in southern Sri Lanka. Apparently , in a chicken rice and curry, you don't get any 'curry' other than chicken. So assuming that we wanted vegetable curries with the portion, they added the charges of a vegetable rice and curry to the chicken rice and curry - for one person. So a normal chicken rice and curry costs around 400, where you get only chicken and rice (no other veggie curries) and a vegetable rice and curry costs around 380, both of which was added to one person's meal. Also, at the time of placing the order, the waitress inquired if this meal was for the driver, and by the time the meal arrived, we noticed that it was a very small portion compared to the rice and curry we ordered. So double standards for the driver who suggested the cafe. (normally rice is served on a plate, and the curries come in small bowls. But if you are a driver, you get everything mixed up served on a plate, ensuring that you are served less than those who belong to a higher working class.) In addition to this, an absurd charge of 150rs if you ask for extra papadam, just 3 strips, not even a full circle! I see a lot of foreign tourists visiting this place. And I hope you read my review and never ever stop by, even for a sip of drink!

  Very tasty food! Nice place!
  The lady was very kind and helpful.
  BUT !!!!!!
  
  The bill had nothing in common with the menu - 10% service charge was added (ok) but so was a tax (not noted was missing from the menu).
  
  When we tried to split the bill the printout was not helping since every item from the bill was marked with the same generic name.
  
  Finally the lady had not added to the bill few items and it finished as mess which ruined the entire experience.
  
  Very nice food but was it worth the hustle?
  
  Good luck with another place...
