  First of this kind concept in Sri Lanka. Man made land out on Colombo Sea. It will change the Colombo Sea line and add 269 hectares to Land. The land will be open to investors and all infrastructure will be supplied by Sri Lankan government. As finished it will be a dense populated mega city in the Heart of Colombo.
  But the filling of sea may have serious consequences on nature.
