  Very neat place with large covered parking that is more than enough for many customers to park. Largest supermarket in town, provides excellent customer service same as other branches. Staff are very friendly and maintaining close relationship with the. Customers as most of the customers are local residents and regular shoppers.
  
  They even made available the most of the goods that can't be found elsewhere. Yet, still there are many goods that needs to be added to the store. There are no systems to find out customer needs and no evaluation forms or methods used to find out local customer need which I think is the most important think they should consider
