My experience was very positive, I really needed a toilet and they had one. As a bonus I got some flavoured milk on the way out. Closest thing to a western supermarket that we came across.

I used to come/visit for shopping (Tissamaharama outlet) from 3 years but I never get a very bad experience til today from a pharmacy (pharmacists lady whom I've seen only for today) she refused to add pharmacy bill to my main bill, which in 3 years I used to do. If you have change the procedure, that is your responsibility to inform the customers what is new. As a customer we are expecting something different from market. How she behave is like, if you want buy just buy otherwise wise go to hell. I hope this won't happen to any other customer who happens to wear a simple short, T-shirt and slipper.
However the rest of the staff are very good and helpful.
