I booked 2 rooms on full board basis,which the twin bed room, the A C wasn't working well and the toilet was disgusting with a bad smell..I had to cal and nobody came
The pool was good and my kids had a good time
Food was simply horrible neither my kids and we didn't like it at allnot much of variety
Please maintain a good standard in the buffet especially.
I would not recommend to any one and it was an unpleasant stay.response / report this review -

20 mins from international airport. Nice hotel. Great for late night landing flight to get your bearings. Nice restaurants around. Beach could be better as with the bar service. All in all quite good. Breakfast a bonus.

Our first visit & stay. Surprise! The overall stay far exceeded my initial expectations.
Beautiful location, well appointed rooms, two pools + baby pool and beach too.
Excellent management and service.
Dining- Good tasty food, desserts could improve. The Sinhala/Hindu New year weekend was filled with fun & games for the whole family.

Good Hotel with a qiet a large private beach. garden and the pool area is well maintained. But the food is not that great. Dinner buffet was too average and nothing not worth for the price. Rooms were clean and average facilities.

Delightfully friendly and helpful staff at this beach front hotel. Clean and spacious ensuite room. Air con and fan in our room a bit noisy. Meal in restaurant perfectly acceptable. Would recommend.

This little gem on the popular stretch of Negombo beach hotels is a must visit. It's a short drive from the airport and not too far from Colombo which makes it an ideal retreat for the weekend. It's very close to restaurants and other amenities.

Nice atmosphere with cool friendly staff. Being there for two times. The buffet was simply awesome. Decent swimming pool. Good customer care. You may access the beach if required. Rooms are neat and clean. Amazing place to chill out

It is in very nice location. Beautiful swimming pools, sun beds and friendly staff. It was a relaxing stay. Beds were very comfy and clean. Will stay there again without any doubt.

This is a monthly getaway for my wife and I. Beautiful garden to unwind in, great menu to indulge, calm beach to bathe in on most occasions. The staff are well trained and we'll mannered. The rooms are renewed and both pools are brilliant. Would recommend this gem in Negombo wholeheartedly.

This is a decent clean hotel by the beach. There is an old wing and a new wing. We were placed n the old wing, decent but nothing to shout about. The serving staff were courteous and helpful.

It is a lovely hotel. Next to Negombo Beach. Near to airport. There are 2 swimming pools. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with enough choices. Dining area is facing the sea.

It was good but the hotel was under renovation. The pool was good and the food was excellent. But i do have a personal complain. The security gard by the pool was vety rude he was treating us very badly!

Facing the busy narrow main road, bustling with Western tourists, I had to wait quite a while to collect the key, thereafter struggled with my big luggage and hand carried bag all the way to the second floor. Once I entered the room, I was utterly disappointed with what I saw – old furnitures, the thinnest mattress, pillows and blanket, noisy air-cond, just a small bar of soap in the bathroom, no kettle and wifi.
I then left for a spa, and returned again. tucked into almost finishing off buffet, went back to room, showered and just as I was about to call it a night, the male staff called to pester me to go out with him or to come over to my room. Feeling rather uncomfortable, I professionally told him I am too tired and then I slept off before checking over and over if I have locked the room. Breakfast buffet is the best ive ever had in sri lanka. The hotel was nice and tidy, the staff was very attentive to my needs and greeted me warmly, the shower was my favorite and the bed was really comfy, the view from my window wasn't very appealing because of construction, the pools were nice and next to the beach, unfortunately I didn't enjoy the bar and pool because the weather was really bad. Cleanliness needs improvement as I have seen random items in the room.

Superb tranquilize place with much present staff. The pool gives a much relax with its dine in option.
Rooms are superb. All amenities are fresh and unique.
Wi-Fi strength very good. It's working even around the beach.

Highly affordable hotel. Great for a quick break, out of the busy lifestyle. Great services offered by friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was indeed value for money. Exactly what you need from the hotel. Excellent food options available. Rooms were clean and spacious with good facilities. Will go again for sure.
