I have given a order and they came for fixing the curtains. Driver + a person. Driver was very careless person and he scratch the paint of steel pipes with the screw drive while removing the paint protective polythene, and he uses his foot than his hands for doing the job. they collect the cement dust to bags while drilling and throw them anywhere in the house. Pl. train your team before sending them to the customers.
one of my roman Blind was taken back because of a measurement issue in three months back, I have called several times, but work is still not done.
your office staff and the one who came for take measurements were providing good service. thank you for it.

Wide selection of curtains of every kind. More reasonable rates than the shops in Greater Colombo for the same curtain materials. Staff was helpful and moderately friendly. Parking taken up their own supply trucks so no parking for customers.

They have really good collection, but very poor customer service after placing the order, never expect on time delivery or collection. Not even picking phone to get update on our orders. Apart from that they're doing really good.

Very very disappointed. We waited for two days after paying an advance to come and measure for curtains, but we had to kept chasing them to ask when and what time they were coming. And at the end they turned up at a totally different area to ours. (When we made the appointment we clearly directed them where we lived). Never going back to them and will be claiming my deposit back.

A big collection of curtain cloths. They do curtain tailoring. They visit houses to get measurements after paying an advance. Quality of cloth and tailoring is not that much satisfactory. Anyhow good as a budget option for curtains. Also they fix curtains for free of charge. Place also having accessories relating curtains.
