One of the largest shopping complex located in the middle of the town.(Maharagama) wide range of products available in different price ranges. Good and friendly customer service. They have renovated the bulding and have more space now. Parking facility only available for few vehicles. Very crowded on festive season and better to avoid weekends.

there is quite large collection of garments to choose from. garments made in local factories. Brand new shopping mall is also fine. customer service really need to step up the standards.

The brand new Rich Look Shopping Mall was opened recently at Maharagama. Rich Look Fashion Ltd., clothing outlet has now become one of the biggest outstanding shopping malls which is providing almost every single lifestyle needs for every single customer who visits the clothing store.

Cloths are too expensive and not worth of money I didn't found any matching cloths for my sister. But it's good for men wear. I recommend new Mabel for girls.

Bad shopping experience.
They were advertising more and more saying large fashion store. Building shall be large and having architecturally better view. People are crowded due to prime location and advertising. But range of items and collection is not well.
No parking facilities. Very less no. of fit on rooms (3 nos. for a section) and mirrors at least (1 or 2 for a section).
Huge que for the fitt on rooms.
Staff is not friendly (if you want you can buy).
More cashier counters are there for seasonal sales. But seasons like avurudu it will not afford. Huge que and about 20 min waiting.

Went there to buy a pair of sneakers and the experience was awful. There were only few collection of shoes available for gents and they were out-fashioned as well. The people at the bags counter need some proper training to handle a crowd.
